About Faye Chen
Faye Chen has been working in quality control and inspection services since 2000.
Before founding ITAQC in 2013, she worked as:
- Inspector
- Senior Inspector
- Inspection Department Manager
for international inspection organizations serving global buyers.
With more than 26 years of hands-on inspection experience, she has personally conducted and managed inspections across footwear, garments, fabrics, furniture, home products, consumer goods and industrial products throughout China and Asia.
Today, ITAQC supports importers, retailers and sourcing companies worldwide with inspection, factory audit and container loading services.
